Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Chop Chive blossoms and sauté in olive oil on low until the blossoms are translucent and tender. Season to taste. Toss with pasta.

Fresh Mozarella cut into bite size pieces
Fresh Basil
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Cup Quinoa
2 T balsamic Vinegar
2T Olive Oil
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Toss remaining ingredients with cooked quinoa and serve.
